Okay I just found a solution there. Delete C:\Users\Voukos\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games COMPLETELY. Then run the game and it will show you the available resolutions. It worked for me at least...I do not know about the frame rate though...I saw only 60Hz and nothing about 75Hz. Same here...only 1 resolution (1024*768), only 1 frame rate (60Hz), and no matter what I change in the setting file, it will not change.
