My question about Canadian side shipping (before I order the CE), what method of shipping is being used? Considering the price we're being charged I assume all customs related fees are included? Nothing is more frustrating than getting an order in from the US that ends up in a 60$ additional brokerage fee 3 months down the road. Basically my question is what specific method of delivery (courier + service) is used for Canadian shipments?
