This mouse bug is pretty much stopping me from playing in Technical Sins Forums

I recently installed Rebellion, though the same bug is happening on Trinity. When I'm in game, as soon as I start it my mouse decides to bug out on me. It acts as though I'm always trying to scroll in the direction my mouse is moving. It doesn't matter where I am, whether its in the middle or near the edge(though I know part of it is edge scrolling, and turning that option on and off hasn't affected it at all). I've tried re-installing it and uninst
