Not that I saw, the latest AMD release drivers are from May. I downloaded their beta drivers and have not tried them yet.

I found a temporary fix - enabling the system cursor instead of the default game cursor makes the jitteryness go away.
It came with my computer and I didn't bother to downgrade. It's just like Windows 7 if you turn off Metro.
Looking into it more, restore points before 8.1 were deleted, and uninstalling 8.1 is not supported: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/preview-faq
Has anyone had any luck running Sins under the new Windows 8.1 preview? It seems to load fine, but the display is incredibly jittery with frequent momentary pauses. I haven't yet tried reverting to 8.0, but will try that soon.
