Resolution or Fullscreen Change in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hello; Today I installed GalCiv 2 Ultimate Edition via steam download. However it is working on 1024*768 windowed mode. I cannot change it to fullscreen 1920*1080 resolution from options menu. When i change, it says i need to restart game but nothing happens when i restart. Moreover i cant locate debug.err file in installation folder or prefs.ini file in my documents. They just dont exists. Can you help me pls? My computer is Amd fx 6300 cpu <p
