Hello, I'm having similar issue for a while now. I have tried validating game files (steam) and reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable from the game's folder as said above. About 1h 15min (last auto-save) into the game, got crashed with similar error, but with options to: abort, retry(debug) or ignore.
