Desktop icons and folders umoveable in Fences Stardock Forums

Like several others, I can't move icons or folders on my desktop. This is under the following conditions: Win 8.1 Fences public Fences 2.01 Fences 2.10 No other Stardock software installed. Can't drag icons/folders to the trash. Can't drag icons/folders to other icons/folders/Fences. Can't drag icons/folders from Fences. Tried changing ALL Fences settings, Align icons to Grid, Auto Arrange ic
