I am having the same problem years later.... What is killing me is that the game ran perfect yesterday...and always has. The only one thing that changed was I had downloaded a starbase mod..which worked fine in the game.. After I quit the game it has never launched again. I have uninstalled every single folder and file associated with the game.... re-installed and still nothing. The only trace that it has "launched" is in task manager under proces
