Hi Basj, Thanks for your quick reply. I tried just pulling one of the two Acrobat tabs away to create a new Acrobat window as well as changing the Acrobat setting you described, and both resulted in creating separate Acrobat windows. However, when I pull one of them over the other by its title bar, nothing happens and I still have the two separate Acrobat windows. I moved the window all over the other window thinking there might be a sweet spot or some kind of indica

Hello, I know I can manage application grouping using the three dots menu on Groupy tabs and remove applications from grouping or non-grouping using the "Application Grouping" settings. However, how can I add/remove applications manually, that is, by modifying a configuration file somewhere or modifying the registry? I am using Groupy v 1.44 with six monitors driven by three 2-head video cards and am getting some strange behavior from Adobe Acrobat DC when Groupy is active

Excellent, and thanks to both of the previous posters for clarifying this for me. I didn't realize that the default theme disabled everything else. In many ways I kind of like the default theme and just want to tweak a few minor things. I looked at all the custom themes that come with the stock version of WB but they're all quite different from the Windows 10 default. Do you happen to know of any of the additional downloadable themes that virtually duplicate the Win10

Basj, Thanks for your quick reply but I'm afraid I still don't understand. Are you telling me that I should somehow not apply any theme globally and instead apply an individual theme to each individual application? I have many, many applications installed on my computer and I've never seen one of them that didn't use whatever was selected as the main theme. Examples are Wordpad, Notepad, Notepad++, TheBat!, VMWare Workstation Pro, VLC Media Player, Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hello, I just installed WB for the first time on my Intel i7 64-bit Win10 system. While I can get the themes to change on all my windows by selecting a style and applying it to the entire desktop, trying to select a style on a "Per application" basis has no effect. My current desktop style is the Microsoft default theme and I've tried selecting several other themes for applications like explorer.exe, notepad++.exe, and vlc.exe, but nothing ever changes on their windows.&nb

I am new to SkinStudio and I must admit using it seems somewhat overwhelming. I decided that the best approach might be to attempt some modifications on an existing skin, so I chose the skin named "Precision" that came as part of my WB 8.0 installation (I'm using Win8). The first thing I tried to do was change the title bar and border color for applications such Windows Explorer, which are black by default in the "Precision" skin. I thought this might be as simple as sel

I'm afraid I spoke too soon when I said that making the upper-left monitor my primary monitor fixed the problem. After further testing the problem symptoms merely changed a little. The Windows Explorer windows no longer freeze when placed on my upper monitors, but they now freeze on all three of the lower monitors if they are maximized. I think it may be best to wait for a few more revisions of WB before trying to actually use it reliably for multiple monitors.

Hello, I often need to create a screen shot of a window when creating documentation and I normally do this by giving the desired window the focus then pressing Alt+PrintScreen to put its image on the clipboard, or I use an application especially written for this purpose such as FastStone Capture. Once I have done this I can paste the image into a Word document or wherever else I need it. However, I've tried doing this with some of the skins that come with Blinds and I&

Hello, I'm using Win8-64bit and I have 5 monitors driven by 3 nVidia cards. I'm also using the latest versions of Start 8, Fences, and Blinds. All software, including the OS, is up to date. My monitors are configured in a 2-above/3-below (like a pyramid) configuration with the top two being standard 16:9 and the bottom three being standard 5:4. Without fail, whenever I open a Windows Explorer window and drag it onto either of the top monitors it gets lo

Hello, My main purpose in purchasing Windows Blinds 8 was to change the annoying default Windows 8 "feature" in which a window title bar is the same basic color as the window background. The "Diamond" skin supplied with Windows Blinds 8 is a pretty good match for what I want except for the entire desktop background color. I want a solid black desktop since I have 5 monitors and anything else is pretty distracting. I've opened the "Diamond" skin with the
