I just redid my computer again and installed WindowBlinds and when I try to activate it I get a message that I have reached my limit of activation

Ok guy's I got it fixed I re-ran CCleaner doing removal and reg and a roll back to about a week ago and re-installed Window Blinds and it works like it should now. Thanks to all that replied
I have tried several different blinds and none of them will skin it it is all new new computer new install of paid for window blinds I did try the trial version and did not uninstall before running the paid version and thought that was the problem downloaded cccleaner and did a uninstall that way and it did not fix the issue I then did a rollback of entire system and still not working right.
