Same problem here, with me about 30% of the working program shortcuts would not drag and drop successfully. After dragging,I had to go to properties of the broken link( a question mark), redo the shortcut and configure an icon off a picture I downloaded. A time consuming inconvenience. Win 7 64bit ObjectDock 2.10.0.8.11
