How long does it take to aprove transactions in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

I purchased windows blinds on tuesday evening, and have had no conformation that my order is even being processed other than that the money on my card is on hold, I want the software, and it was bought more than 2 days ago now, Can someone help process my order through or refund me if you cant. (i would rather have the software) please and thank you

Can you please help process mine through too, It concerns me that I spent my money on windows blinds and have no conformation of the transaction other than my card states that the money is gone. but I have no download link or conformation from you guys... thanks
