TY very much for answering my questions. The win customization stuff I was referring to was Stardock had links or free stuff to customize windows a long time ago. When you bought galactic Civ' you got that stuff with it. Oh and last thing, The DLC you are referring to is Forbidden Worlds? If so I will buy that too since it is inexpensive and offers more planetary improvements.
