And what about a custom map that I created via the ingame Map Designer? How do I make it competitive without bonuses?

Hi. I'm not new in Sins, but, I stumbled across two small problems that aren't major, but, they bug me a lot. It's when I play, sometimes I want planets without bonuses, and I find a perfect layout, and one of the planets have a deal breaker bonus. Is there anyway to remove them? And, when I use DEV mode, there is the Planetary bonuses menu, but I can't see the whole list. How do I scroll down that list to see them all?
