The thing with fury of the unity, is that it is easy to have your culture anywhere. The deliverance engine is amazing for this. In that it can spread your culture to enemy planets immediately. meaning your ships can have the damage boost anywhere, provided you time the firing, travel time of shell and ships etc to work right. But it will last awhile. It can also hit friendly planets as well, which means you can form colonies deep inside of enemy culture without losing your new colony to cultu
I have. Several questions. To do with the super weapons. I can understand being able to tell that super weapons or titans are being built. There are often neutral planets, scouts of your own, agents and the like, so you know the important stuff, even the TEC rebellion would know through their black market network or even the pirates.
