I don't think you can. Mine did the same thing as yours there's nothing helpful on gamestop you can download the game again for a fee on there but cannot enter the cd key of your hard copy. I've spent hourssssssssss trying to figure this out. I Goooogled where could I download impulse conveniently they don't exist and all purchases made with them gone. Haha might as well burn your game in the back yard it's more entertainment then what you'll be getting from you hard c
