Newbie to this stuff....I have downloaded an Icon Package....now what?

I am a beginner at this...how do I upload new icons and clocks and other things in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I need help, I am new to this. I have downloaded what I like but I need help in downloading it. If anyone could point me in the right direction or tell what to do, I would appreciate it. Thanks
