ok, so I am stuck at work like many and am wondering what the bonus pack contains. Does anyone have a list of the extra goodies pre-orders got with the download? If this has been asked, I didnt see it so forgive me and point out the post please.
I think he had a valid point in the issue that, "why does it reset?" I tend to play on and off again. Saves are important and if I have to reset my spending everytime.... Its just another step when it should be saved by the game itself. Perhaps its not a bug but it does seem to be something that might bug some people.
What is it with grammar that bugs so many people? Personally I'd rather have the jokes and humor at the expense of some mixed up sentences. A lot of game developers will not add in these kind of screens as it adds to thier clean up time so its not worth it to them.
Of course this game is doomed. Look at everythign it has going against it. 1. Not an FPS game. Think of all the twitch gamers out there who are being deprived of thier FPS clones! sure.. sure.. there are a billion FPS games.. and they all are the same thing.. but thats what consumers want! We dont want to think! 2. Not an RTS. What WERE they thinking? If its not RTS its going to be bad. ok.. MOO, CIv... and a few other small games were Turn based but I dismiss them out of
Unfortunalty I know this person well. I have a freind who's life is a wrek, marraige potentially abusive and no real sense of self. I met her on a NWN player server and we hit it off as friends as she seemed like a normal person to me but after a while I discovered she lived two lives. Into every game a little cheese must fall. If one tries to make any galactic civ style game with the intention of it being as realistic as possible then where is the fun? Heck space monsters have been a mainstay of Sci-fi for a VERY long time. How much of an increase? If the radius is increase too much then yes, the use of probes is not a good tactic but if increased just sightly then its worth using both depending on what you want to use.
Frogboy, Any word on the demo?
Ok, I know this probably has been asked but its a good question. Is there or will there be a demo of this game? Frankly the reason I ask is that I just got BURNED on $50 for Moo3 and dont want to get burned again. I was hoping for moo2.5 but got something WAY differnt. Perhaps not bad, but NOT enjoayble for me. So... A demo might help people like me who want a 4x game but are a bit nervous after the whole MOO3 problem. Wolf
