the link in #6 is the link, that will open when you press download on the page of link #4 :-/ and when i press this download button its end in the error you have seen.

hm... i tryed with FireFox and InternetExplorer, and it cames the same error, but if you downloaded it last night, did you download it from http://skins3.wincustomize.com/Morphium%c2%a0/cursorxp/SilverGecko.zip ?
