Reply to DirectX 11 vs. DirectX 12 oversimplified in PC Gaming LittleTinyFrogs Forums

Wow this all sounds amazing. I'm still a little confused on a couple things though, and haven't been able to get a consistent answer from various sources... Will I need a new card to take advantage of this feature? Or will my GTX 760 work after a DirectX and driver upgrade? And will the new version of Windows be required for the DirectX upgrade?
