I bought this game today based almost completely on the wonderful support and customer service/interactivity of Stardock. I just read the basic overview, knew I enjoyed the genre generally, and bought it without a second thought. I hope other game companies take note of this. Fancy marketing, hype, TV ads etc. pale in comparison to the simplicity of releasing a finished, well-made product and continuing to support and nurture it like ones' child... Zazen
