Looks like my only choice is to keep on trying to take down thier system. Unfortunaely, my fleet keep on getting beat back in attempt so far.

I can't seem to stop enemy culture spreading through my planets! For this game I even set Game Setting to Culture Spread Low. I have researched every single upgrade to boost my TEC broadcast towers. All of my planets has 2 - 4 broadcast towers. I also, have 4-5 capital ships in the outlying system to slow culture spread. None of this seems to be able to push back enemy culture :( I can't seems to think of anything else I can do to push back enemy culture. Any
