I have seen SR2 Reboot advertised as a stand alone enhancement to SR2 (not needing SR2 to get all of the content of both games) see link: http://www.excalibur-publishing.co.uk/space.htm I have also seen Reboot sold along with SR1 as a packagae deal wo SR2 included. Leads me to believe I am getting full SR2 content with enhancements especialy when looking at the above link. My question is: Do you need to have

I am color blind, so for me there has always been a bit of a hurdle in turn based stratgey games. Something that would help me would be: Being able to turn on and off the specific races on the charts and graphs. Sometimes all the lines get pretty jumbled up on the graph and the Arceans and Torians both look like yellow lines on the graph. The war and trade lines on the relations charts both look red to me ( I could easily mistake a war for t
I'm color blind also and would love to see a color blind patch. I dont't think red/green combo would work however, the white and blue suggestion above would certainly work.
Is there a problem with Sound blaster live cards working with Gal Civ Frogboy?? I get a crash with an illegal operation every so often with Ndetect and eax listed in details. Figured it was perhaps Norton or sound card. Its fairly rare and usualy just puts the game down to the desktop where I can bring it back up. Great game BTW...been playing the heck out of it!
I'd really like to see a mod review web sight..thats a great idea.
Just wondering if folks are finding them interesting. Do they add interest to the game or do they unbalance or mess with the play mechanics of the game too much. I suppose that the answer may depend on the particular mod? What are folks favorites? I've installed Frogboys only at this point I'll stay tuned looking forward to everyones input!
With 1.0249 and before: This is an odd bug, but a bug none the less (I think). Not that anyone would want to this, but if you destroy all your colonies from the planet screen and then hit the turn button the game crashes to desk top. Upon restarting the game everything freezes and I must reboot. If I destroy my planets early in the game I get a movie and an interphase asking if I want to send score to the metaverse. I estimate you must be a couple of hundred turns in to the game for
I was wondering...how does one recover after your planet has been poisoned. I defeated the race that did it to me, however my once class 20 planet is now an 11. Does it heal over time? Thanks! Love the game btw and reading this board!Lots of good peeps!
wow AlfMelin! Another Twin Peaker! I'm also considering some Enya and Tangerine Dream....Twin Peaks works great though!
My planet earth was poisoned by one of the minor races. It went from about a 18 to a 10. I was told to exterminate the race to get rid of the problem and did so. I am curious as to how to get my planet back up to 18 as it is still at 10. Perhaps it heals over time? The game is great by the way..it sure has sucked me in! Thanks in advance..I'm still learning a lot! :)
I decided to destroy all of my planests save for one and noticed that the game will CTD as soon as I hit the turn button. I can duplicate the CTD. If i leave most of my planets alive the game runs A-ok. I could not find the utility brad spoke of on Stardocks home page that would log the crash. I am running version 1.01
