I am playing. But many people play more in private with their friends or more local communities. You would be good finding people, add them on steam or similar. I personally do not like to join random lobbies. It's more fun when on voice or similar.

Still does not work. Sigh.

It's not just you, got the same issue here too. Was playing with someone, endless lag. Left, went down.
