Hi, i'm new to playing Sins of a Solar Empire! The game is great and i love building a nice fleet and expanding my empire in the galaxy. I need help understanding even against one normal AI, he can have every capital ship at rank 9 and a Titan at 9 as well. Its ridiculous and I dont stand a chance and my ships will still be at about 3 - 5 rank. Is there a mod or way to restrict the ranking levelling? So all units stay at rank 0 o
