That's the weird thing, with Demigod the game was supposed to cost $44.95, it was €34.xx at checkout and the receipt said $44.95 - the actual conversion from $ to € was done between my bank and Paypal and I got charged for 34€ give or take. 4 days later I'm buying Entrenchment and it says $9.95 on the site, at checkout it was turned into €9.95 and the receipt from Stardock says $13.94. That has nothing to do with conversion rates - Entrenchment goes
Stardock games sold digitally: One Price. One World.
Not entirely true. In case of Demigod the price was the same, but when I bought Entrenchment, I had to pay couple of euros more than the cost was in $USD. Now couple of euros isn't much, but when you put it into perspective, 20-30% more...
Posted in another topic already but same problem here. We even tried creating my brother a new account but can't log in with that account either. Both accounts work fine in Impulse itself though.
I've been happily running a month old version of Demigod but today I started Impulse to see if there are any updates available. Sure enough, 1,2GB patch later I am no longer able to log into Demigod. Just keeps saying that either the username or password is wrong. Logging into Impulse works just fine though. As far as I know, I'm using the same e-mail address in Impulse as I used back when pre-ordering Demigod - actually I don't use my alternative e-mail for anything but junk. My OS is 6
In this second game I considered loading an earlier save but then I thought that my last major opponent could handle those monsters (three of those attack rating 134 monsters escaped from his zoo). Guess what, those monsters wandered through the whole galaxy just to enter my tiny little area ;) Anyway I tried to kill even one of those by combining my whole fleet but I managed to drop the hp to 200/300.
Anyone agree with me that Space monsters tend to be waaaay too tough? I mean early in the game a monster with an attack of 134 pretty much wipes out the whole galaxy. And the funny thing is that usually they don't come alone ;) Anyway off to start a new game, second time in a row space monsters ruin the whole galaxy.
