Recreating lost Win95 alpha-version features in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Two features of the last alpha version of Windows 95 were lost in the first beta and I've never seen them offered in other programs. Is there a way to do these things in WB or other tools? 1. FWIW, I see the left edges of the W's clipped in menus while using Dogma x2.
