OK but it does not answer why the two computers won't connect and the primary computer is saying the two software versions do not match.

For some reason Multiplicity now won't connect between computers. It happened after a Windows 10 Pro update as we have extended updates. It now says there are twodifferent versions. One, the master computer, is 4.07 Pro. The other secondary computer is 4.07 and says there are no software updates. I can't put the Pro version on the other computer as it says I need a new license. I've never needed a license for each computer. What the hell is going on?
You misunderstand. We use Splashtop on only one of the two computers that are on Multiplicity. With Splashtop we can not get to the other computer that is on Multiplicity. Splashtop only give us the three screens that are on the computer that Splashtop is on. Locally with Multiplicity we have not problems with clicking. We only have clicking problems when we connect via Splashtop.
We use Multiplicity on computers on the same subnet. We use Splashtop with computers on different subnets over WAN.
We need both. We need Multiplicity so that locally we don't have multiple KVM's on the desk. Splashtop is so we can remotely access and control that computer from another location. The programs are not the same.
Yes I am aware of that. The issue is that the two programs seem to conflict with each other so that we can not use Splashtop to "click" and therefore activate controls on the remote computer intermittently when remotely connecting. Splashtop works fine on our computers that we do not run Multiplicity on and Multiplicity works fine locally on the two computers we have it connected to.
We are told, by the Splashtop people, that Splashtop will not work with Multiplicity. We have found that we can not click to activate anything remotely with both Multiplicity and Splashtop on the same computer. It is an intermittent problem. Sometimes clicking works and at other times it does not. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know of a software KVM that will work with Multiplicity?
