E-mails are going out in batches, and remember pre-ordering has been up for quite a while. Trust me, there are a lot of you to e-mail. :) As others have said, this CE is at cost, we aren't making anything off of it, and the price for shipping is the lowest we found considering size/weight. The fact is, unless you are a high volume shipper things aren't that cheap to ship to, especially international.

The package just contains a game DVD, there's not a new Steam key for it. This is the upgrade pricing and is at cost.
