Thank you, MySecret. Given that it was windows explorer that was crashing, I had resigned myself to a serious problem. An easy fix in less than half a day. Thank you again.

I'm getting a "windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" error message when I right click. I'm using XP home. After closing the error window, the desktop seems to refresh and be fine (other than right clicking on any thing). I've been using Object Desktop quite a bit lately so I suspect its related. Any help would be much appreciated.
