Windowblinds Random Wallpaper Not Changing in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I just downloaded Object desktop Management and installed some of the applications including Fences (terrific) and Windowblinds. I am running Windows 10 with 2 monitors and tried to turn on Random Wallpaper with Windowblinds. I have 15 wallpapers entered into the lower box. Windowblinds installs the same wallpaper on both screens (not a problem) but they never change . I have the settings at every hour and random (not in sequence). A
