Hello, I renewed my Wincustomize.com site subscription for a year for user ot7849. I did get a confirmation of payment for Order ID: STARDOCK210727-3657-49325 thru FastSpring but I still can't download anything from the site such as icons or new Dreamscape themes and the site reports no current active subscription. okvb, The issue has been addressed by MS in their most recent build 19564.1005. DS 10 is now working again as it should.

Just installed Build 19564.1000 and MS has fixed the desktop transition issue and DS 10 is working again. It is mentioned in the last line of the General Changes: We fixed an issue with wallpaper transitions on Build 19536+, which was affecting some third-party wallpaper apps. You can read more here

okvb, You are using a Windows 10 Insider Build from the fast ring which at this time is incompatible with DeskScapes 10. May I suggest you take a look at the thread below from this forum for further detail. https://forums.stardock.com/497986/page/1/

The new build 19541 did not correct anything as far as DeskScapes is concerned. Still black screen.

The other post you are referring to was only simply to add clarification. I simply wanted to point that out to AzDude that the versioning info was in the OP. As far as my system, I am on the fast ring myself and DeskScapes is a black screen . A new build is coming this week...
