There's a thing I couldn't try, the "missing settings" section: %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Setting dosen't exist in my computer, as the game doesn't launch at all. If I create this folder, and extract the zip file given in your forum, all I can find inside are diplomacy settings file and not SoaSE Rebellion files. Is this a mistake or are the files compatible ? <
