Groupy 2 - Activiation Code not working in Personal Computing Stardock.net Forums

I purchased Groupy 2 six months ago and when I check my account I can get an activation code for Groupy 2. But when I install the software it says that the Activation Code in my account isn't attached to my email address, but when I check my account it clearly is. Has anyone else seen this issue.
