Hi Sean, Sadly I was getting too many issues once the trial ended, not least the tendency for the software to lock out my Primary.

Sean, I appreciate that - but I never used Seamless during the trial - and now wouldn't know how to. I have requested a refund. Thank you for your support.

The trial ran smoothly for the 20-25 days of operating. Since I 'downgraded' to KVM with the licence, my Primary computer is often locked - especially if I want to switch off or unload Multiplicity. There's a small black box that appears at the top of the screen, saying my PC is controlling a secondary - even if it's not. I shall attempt a solution by re-installing, but this is a bizarre change between trial smoothness and what I have left!

One thing I noticed, during the trial, was that Quick Connect always gave me a cursor on a secondary PC (no mouse/keyboard/screen attached). This morning I'm struggling with this stupid mimic of a cursor that doesn't lend itself to easy fine control.

The functionality I have, with this licence, gives little more than I already have with Windows Remote Connection. Perhaps a little more clarity needed on the spiel that promotes this product!

I, obviously, misinterpreted the table. I assumed the KVM row would coincide with the KVM column; 9 PCs controlled by the 1 KVM. That makes the whole package of usefulness, significantly less so....!

Obviously no response is not good news. I did not expect to lose the function to display my PCs on the KVM screen, though they are there on the grid screen - that wasn't highlighted in the table. Why am I restricted to only one secondary at a time. Why have I lost the "Quick Connect" option? Looking at the table it would seem I have been given the licence for the KM, not the KVM - at least that's what it looks suspiciously like - how might I double check that?<

During my trial I had access to all 5 of my configured secondary computers, in KVM mode, plus a Quick Connect box. Having purchased the KVM licence I now have to delete all my secondaries from the Connect window, allowed only one configured secondary at time; and I have no Quick Connect box? That's not what I expected looking at the list of options KM/KVM/KVM Pro. It's an inconvenience I can live with, but am I right? It keeps the grid configurations and, obviously, th

That setting has been checked and I still don't get a meaningful pointer, unfortunately. All I can see are buttons suddenly brighten as though something is on them - but it's not useful as mentioned in my original.

I am evaluating Multiplicity KVM with a view to making a purchase. I have one stick PC, minus mouse/keyboard and screen, which I need to access daily - other PCs are fully supplied. Sometimes I get a mouse cursor on this stick, other times I don't. When I don't I cannot see anything on the screen to show where I am supposed to be pointing. Occasionally some button will highlight, but often it's a stab in the dark and very annoying. How can I ensure I get a mouse pointe
