Had a similar issue with a top of the line (2021) gaming system. All drivers up to date etc. The game would hang and block the OS interface. Had to hard reboot until I figured I could use Windows-Key, launched the command prompt (CMD), type TaskList, then taskkill /F /PID #### (replacing #### with the current process ID for Sins). I fixed this by manually updating the rebellion.user.setting and/or rebellion.user.dev.setting and set VideoIsWindowed TRUE. In-game I can
