Thanks for the replies all! I'm in the process of reaching out to everyone about this. @vStyler: From what I understand, we expect updating an old skin could take an afternoon or so, while creating a new skin that doesn't have an old baseline could take a couple days.

The screaming lady represents an obnoxiously vocal/opinionated person, while the cat represents an average joe just trying to peacefully go about their everyday life who ended up getting berated for some innocuous thing, and the juxtaposition is usually really funny.
