Reply to Can't find account info HELP IN HERE! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Back when I bought GalCiv, I had an email address that has since changed (insofar as it dropped on "name" from the domain). Not realizing this, I purchased GalCiv 2 with the new (shorter) email address and am now unable to download it. Emailed support but no reply so far.
