My daughter's car was stolen several years ago....also not "worth" stealing.....ok, actually, they were unable to start it (lol), so they pushed it into another nearby parking lot and tore out the CD player that she had put in herself. The police caught them several hours later with the CD player in their backpack...they were arrested, and ordered to pay restitution for the damage they did which was around $800....we recieved maybe $300 of it over the next few years then the "payments" stopped
