hey guys! a couple years ago, frogboy posted an article about a free screen recordor program he like to use for his demos. i can't recall the name of it. can anyone else?

very strange....i had all the skins listed above already except for skeech. they came in previous packs. so, i went to essorant.com and purchased the only pack i didn't have - vantage for $5 - and now have skeech and two others. i'm a little confused as to what this new pack listed above has over existing packs. is it just a different combination of existing premium skins by tim? also, why is my comment above (#18) not available for editin
ok...i've already got all of these except skeech. what's going on? is this a new pack or not? aren't these already available in previous premium packs?
obligatory "welcome to last year...." post. also, i'm pretty sure you're still limited to the same file size restrictions as attachments. i think it's 10 MB. shouldn't be a problem 99.99% of the time, though.
awesome game so far. the atmosphere is incredible.
why is it that i can already download these games with just my drengin.net account? is that supposed to be allowed?
purchased, as usual.
i agree, i think $7.95 is bit much for an update. i too have purchased just about every premium skinpack and suite offered from pixtudio, the skins factory, essorant, and stardock. a dollar off the full price for an upgrade? i'll have to pass as well. that aside, good work as usual.
woah....i downloaded a couple of the example .exe files. pretty cool! the desktop pet was taking up over 5 MB of RAM and the betanews headline ticker was taking up nearly 12. i'm not sure if that's good or bad!?!?!
man, i watched the heated debate yesterday and i must say i'm really pleased\impressed\happy\etc. that brad and the other folks at stardock listened. if i had a hat on, i tip it...

hmmm, it would be more useful if the skin libraries weren't a day or two behind the website. oh, and it didnt' crash when installing a skin. yes, the latter would be most useful.
thanks guys...i posted a message in the forums.
why doesn't this show up on SDC? i've got the option to show beta and pre-release stuff show, but the latest update i have to skinstudio is something like june 28th. (i did manage to download it from the link above, but am hesitant to install it for fear it will cripple my full featured version from OD. not that i've EVER made a skin, mind you, but just in case
man, that was sooooo neat how it didn't give me an option to install it to somwhere else besides c:\pixtudio . well, it does, but not before it unzips the file all by it's lonesome. awesome. i mean, that wouldn't normally be a hassle, but all the other suites from pixtudio do the same thing, thus overwriting the install html file. i haven't been patient enough to check and see if any other files are overwritten. no big deal, but it should be addressed. yes, i know i can right click on the
i played with bryce3d once. i made it crash. it was on a demo disk. does that count? also, i can locate detroit easily on a map. all of these things are true. j/k! congrats on the sudden demand for expansion. that seems rare these days.
agreed, craig. i wouldn't have paid $20 for these skins as they are. it's a deal at $9 though.
PixOS is indeed the best suite out there. for a different mood, cartoonXP is pretty high-quality as well. you're right, the skins in this pack - while very good - would seem right at home as skins in the windowblinds section of wincustomize.com instead of on the pay-for-play page at stardock. and carbonix is the best one, but i'll never get used to the min, max, close buttons being moved, so i'll rarely use it. i would have paid $20 for these if they were commercial quality. fact is,
i know the suites skinners are reading....can you tell me where the wallpapers are that go with some of the skins? i ask because a few of them look like part of the package and i can't find them in their directories or on wincustomize.
glad to support the community (i think i've purchased every premium winstyle suite, windowblinds suite, and icon packager suite from 3 or 4 skinning sites), but with the exception of "cardz", all of these seem vaguely reminisent of skins past. btw, where are the wallpapers i see in a couple of the shots? and why, oh why, do treetogs skins (synchronus, i speak of) -despite there otherwise good looks- 1) seen to always have a tiny font for the system tray clock (it always loo
MGiff, i can't really say i noticed a clarity difference, but i noticed it's much zippier, even just over the last RC. i thought i was just giddy, but i'm almost positive it's faster. it's also nice to be able to read the text of a highlighted link. good job folks.
please...do something about the screenshot. if i wasn't a longtime user and owner already, i'd run away as fast as i could.
