windowblinds 8.02 will not download and install in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Installed windowblinds 8.1 removed to install 8.02. Windowblinds 8.02 will not download or install even though stardock central shows downloaded even though nothing happened when download and install was pressed. Not using anything but Bid Defender 2014. Cannot go back to downloading windowblinds 8.1
