I think the fact that they used the patriot act as cause to search and prosicute him is the only reason why this is even news worthy. Its pretty comical otherwise. I hope outdoor concert lighting technicians are especially aware of these issues, heh.

I heard this on the radio, and was intrested in getting more info because this sounded not right. Paraphrasing what I heard here, but it went something like the first ruleing on the US Patriot act was against a dude for pointing a laser beam in airline pilots eyes and was fined or sentenced a whole lot of money and or jail time for this. I am very curious as to how

Thought I'd try my blog for this question see if it turns up any response because I'm haveing no luck searching for this my self on the internet. There has to be a way to create a web page that allows like an admin to upload files to a directory on the website and also have a field to edit in a description of that file for their users to see these files and t

Yahoo had the balls to email me asking me to review their customer service. I'm sure it was all automated like the rest of the crud wanking emails I got from them, so no balls, or brains, were really involved in Yahoos part. I ranked everything poor, except the response time, of course it doesnt take long to have such dumb responses so that shouldn't even matter. Well, I'm in process of transfering my domain now. Lets see what other kinds of trouble

Ok by pure freaking blind luck almost I ran into figureing out how to get logged into my yahoo webservices to manage my junk. Beleive it or not, I was prepareing to move, still will likely maybe just not today though, I pinged my url so I could get my domains IP. The idea was I was going to give it out so people, friends, anyone who would want to abuse yahoo could upload to it via ftp, which I've always had the logon ID & a password for ftp

Why can they not locate an ID associated with a domain name. Its so simple, I'd of rather them just said they can't figure it out. I'm switching, no need to deal with this kind of aggravation for something that should be so simple. My last response to them was that they are idiots. I'm going to have to switch hosts now, looking forward to the extra benifts of added services, such as human responses, but not looking forward to the limits. I think I

Here is the last response from them: Hello, Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Account Services. Our system is not able to locate an account ID without the alternate email address associated with it. If you do not have an alternate email address listed on your account, our system will be unable to find your ID. In this case, you will have to open a new account. If you have searched online for your ID and

Danny, your probably right, however I think there is also more to it, as I do not think it is something personal to my contract. I beleive Yahoo, like many companies, wish to make it dificult to get ahold of them to minamise, or a crappy way of weeding out the idiots from ones with real problems. They hope is that the idiots will do some digging around and find what they need on their own before making it to a human being who can answer their questio

Please listen Yahoo Dude! If I had the correct information you have listed below, and that you have listed in your FAQs, and that you have on a web page for getting logged in incase I have forggoten my ID & or password, which if I had I would not need to give it to you for finding my ID so I can logon and get access into my domain, which is domain name. Maybe if you can type a little on your keyboard and look around a bit on your side

Yahoo has pissed me off before on this with their web hosting services. I do not need to manage my domain that often, which was taken over by yahoo some time ago from another host, but anyway I forget where to go and the info to log in because of that. So I check all over yahoos site, there is no easy way to get support from them if the answer is not in their FAQs.

Went and seen this flick, and to sum up, I wasn't impressed by it as I was by the first one. I'll admit I missed the first 5 or 10 mins of it, but I doubt anything happend that would explain the cruddy flow of this flick. Like in Aliens Resurection, I got that same feeling of; theres a hole, lets jump in it for no reasonable explination to its viewers. Except in th

How does The Forgoton become #1 movie? It stunk so bad, plot holes galore, troubled continuity, basically a rejected X files episode. Only worth is as joke. Can't wait to see RE2 still. I always said the first movie was great and nobody beleived me. A movie called Vinyl is looking up, with some of my favorite and hot actresses included. <B

Thanks for the link, and it does explain a couple things that I do remember but did not realize until I read it. There was an alien skull in one of the preditor movies that it mentioned and I do remember wondering about that when I seen it a long time ago. It also mentioned how the predators ship had an aztec look on the inside of it in one of the films. So, these movies do have parallels they tried to follow, whether intentional or not, the way the

Then that would be a personal con of mine. I'm not usualy fond of most sci-fi movies that deal with pyramids or explinations of ancient earth history. Just me, and thanks for mentioning about the directors intent. If you have more information such as a link or some other way for me to see or hear what they said in that episode I'd like to check it out. Would be interesting to hear some of thier thoughts in more detail.

Ok, been hearing rumors about another Alien movie for like 2 years. Rumor was that it was to be an Alien V. Little else was heard. But then, about a month ago I see an advert for AVP. "Wowa, no way!" I said to myself. That toke me by surprise, and I still wonder if a fifth Alien movie is in the works. I'm also wondering when Hollywood will come up with an origi

Affirmative, I had a lot of fun on Audio Galaxy, friends and groups of friends use to send me songs all the time on that, songs I liked. I would not say that I purchased all the songs I had received, but I definatly spent more money on legal music during that time AG was up. That was a major blow when they had to switch to a pay scheme for copyrighted songs. I think AG is still up, if it is I doubt that it is the same, only because you cant send any

Late response here, but I wouln't be surprised either if kazaa lite is being shared through its own shareware version. In my research for kazaa lite, I could not find a copy of it on the internet, but a lot of refrencess to it sort of like it was there at one time and somebody, not saying who for sure (Sharmin Networks Ltd?) has made it hard for others to distribute it. Kind of a tid bit hypocrical I think. Oh well, I mostly like to buy my

It seems recently that Wendy's the fast food resturant changed one of my favorite menu items. The Chicken Sandwich use to kick ass, and was one of the few things I'd eat from their menu. It consisted of a breaded chicken breast, slightly peppered and pressure cooked in a deep fat fryer, along with mayo, a tomato, a regular piece of lettuce, and on a lightly toasted,
