A couple people from another thread mentioned rolling WAY back to the following driver fixed this problem. I'm going to try it out. http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_97.46.html

They mapped it like warcraft/starcraft. F10 is menu, ESC key is used to go back a selection menu only. That way you can barrage the ESC key to go back to main/first selection items.
