will these upgrades for existing defenses like point defense and hangars be via a tech and affect all existing units alike (which for me sounds hard to balance, as it would be an extremely valuable strategy) or do they unlock the ability to upgrade them (a bit like zerg defenses in starcraft or humand and undead defenses in wc 3)? the latter would produce a lot of micro though. it was already kinda annyoing to build the towers first and then upgrade them all one by one. I surely would not want that kind of mind-numbing micro in a game the scale of sins.
obviously, only ic and those other lucky people who already got to play internal builds can answer this question, but I'm curious.
