Music Files on Vista?

Where do I find them exactly?

EDIT: nvr mind, found them.

In case anyone else asks this it is located at:

C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Sound

How do I play these?

They are .ogg files. While I could give you some instructions on codec and the like, I'm going to give the easy way:

 

Download a program called "VLC Player". It will play almost any sound or video format, encoded with almost any codec. It's easier than messing arround. It's like Windows Media Player, but better. (Except for the interface, but that isn't really important)
