Help with impulse error

I have been using impulse without problems since it came out. Recently, I got my father to use it for the plethora of desktop programs. After installing it it ran fine for about a day, but now, it is crashing on starup and everytime i reinstall it, i get the same error. I found the full version in another, older help post, but that did not work either.

Any advice?

(does it have to be run in administrator mode? - i can't remember)

You shouldn't need to run it as Admin, though you might want to try installing it as Admin. Try tossing an e-mail to [email protected].
