Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

lol, I prefer mobile artillery like jets and such

but artillery shells are harder to track and shoot down then jets so they have a place

More solders are kill via Artillery shells than any other method of warfare. Dont dismiss it as outdated.

very true, and much technology is placed into improving artillery or defending against it

for example, both helmets and flak jackets can do little to stop a bullet (can help with a glancing shot) but are primarily for dealing with shrapnel effects from artillery

because its the hardest to defend against and the most cost effective way to attack

but artillery is out of date

And hows is it out of date? I dont think a missle you can fire 100's of miles away and hit a target is out of date. Or shelling a target from satailights 1000's of miles up.
