[Diplomacy 1.01]Issue with Pacts that Enhance Weapons

Put simply, any pact I can join that affects multiple weapon types only affects the last weapon in the list of affected weapons. I'm not sure if it is just pacts or if this bug would affect any research subject that affected multiple weapon types.
