One of the biggest issues in sins is the lack of multiplayer consistancy. Quite simply in multiplayer, the map can significantly skew the fight in one dirrection or another.
With the great new patch just released which hopefully fixes lag issues...
I have created a mod, that when used, forces all the planet types to be the same. This means that in a premade map, both sides of the map will be perfectly equal. (unless random planets were used in the map)
I hope this allows serious competitive multiplayer play... something that sins is otherwise lacking.

I really want feed back into what you all think about militia strengths, and rock numbers. It should be noted that all the militia counts and rock numbers are counts that were possible in the game, so these are not completely arbitrary numbers.
