Just wanted to throw around a few things I've thought up.
1.) Pirates are so easy to deal with now that there are titans. Pirates should get their own titan that hangs out at pirate base and upgrades as time progresses. Pirates should also get their own capital ship, a few also defending the base and one goes on a raid for high levels. Overall, more defenses at pirate base, more unique defenses. Consequently, TEC Rebel pirate ally should be tweaked, maybe have militia ally and pirate ally research be separate (pirate one being later of course.)
2.) Titans are so good. I would suggest Orgrov Torpedo Cruisers and Advent Adjudicators (when Advent come in) be able to target Titans. Many other posts address titan power so I will just keep m suggestion at this.
3.) Corvettes and Corsev BC : Both of these seem a little underwhelming to me. At least corvettes should be put on low attack priority by enemy ships so they can survive a little easier. Corsev Battlecruiser should be able to use its abilities in some fashion against enemy capital ships. They shouldn't work exactly the same obviously but should have some effect.
4.) Planets and their ilk : This has been said many times but a couple new planet types would be nice! This is supposed to be a rather large standalone expansion. Also a little more moon diversity, they don't all look the same in real life so why should they in this game. Lastly there should be some new discoverable assets from Explore Planet, new artifacts would be fun as well.
